London Fields Yoga
A fluid, nourishing, feminine practice which aims to strengthen women's relationships with themselves. Weaving together gentle asana, massage, mudra, pranayam, yin & restorative yoga to create an hour of gentle self-care. This is an invitation to slow down, sink back into your body (or on a bolster!) & rejuvenate. Jessie's love & curiosity for empowered living has led her to train with teachers that inspire her greatly in embodied vinyasa, yin, womb yoga & Ayurvedic living. It is her joy to draw upon such diverse wisdom & share these powerful healing practices with you.
